What does the free pilot include?
We label a small sample of your data, usually around 100 images or the equivalent, using your guidelines. You get the files and a short accuracy report. No payment details needed.
Is there a minimum order?
No hard minimum. Very small jobs may be billed as a fixed project so setup time is covered.
How do you take payment?
Bank transfer, Payoneer or Wise, invoiced monthly or per milestone. Large projects can be split into milestones tied to delivered batches.
What if the labels aren’t right?
Anything that doesn’t meet the agreed spec is corrected free of charge. If a whole batch misses the accuracy target, we rework the batch.
